How will I receive my order?
Immediately after purchase you will receive a link to download your files.The files are saved on Google Drive, so as long as you keep the link or the PDF file containing the link, you will be able to download the files at any time convenient to you.
I didn't receive a download link
If for some reason your download link wasn't received or there was an issue with your order. Send me an email (sales@delightfuldigiart.com) and I will provide you the links to access your items.
Commercial Use
All our items include commercial licenses.
Unlimited Physical Product Commercial Use - Feel free to create unlimited physical products with any item you purchase.
Limited Digital Commercial Use - To use products in an item you intend to sell digitally, the original artwork should form part of your own design (i.e. have been materially altered in some way), for example by adding text or additional artwork. Selling of the original files is expressly prohibited.
Sharing and transferring of any products are not allowed.
Returns
Digital Products As there is no way to return digital files, once a link has been provided. We do not provide refunds.

We offer standard shipping of 2-5 business days, within the US and 10-30 business days internationally.Please allow 2 - 3 days for order processing and printing.
Returns
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. You can use the Contact form to reach us.
